Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators

Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators are designed as residential elevators and are not ADA compliant. As A17.7 code compliant elevators, actual product may vary from images and renderings shown or descriptions provided. Variations in color, finish, features, or specifications may occur due to ongoing improvements, customization options, or display differences. Final delivered product may differ slightly from what is advertised.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the [Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

24-Month Extended Warranty Promotion

Terms & Conditions

The 24-Month Extended Warranty Voucher may only be applied to the purchase of a new Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator for which a signed quotation and required deposit (“Formal Order”) are received on or before the expiration date specified in the Voucher Code email.

The 24-Month Extended Warranty Voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date it is claimed and may only be applied to the purchase of a new Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator for which a signed quotation and required deposit (‘Formal Order’) are received within that period.

This promotional offer is available only for Formal Orders placed within North America (USA, Canada + Mexico) and applies exclusively to PVE30, PVE37, and PVE52 vacuum elevator models. The promotion is not applicable to The Cube model.

To redeem the promotion, the customer must provide their voucher code to their Authorized PVE Distributor at the time the Formal Order is placed. The voucher code, signed quotation, and deposit must all be submitted on or before the expiration date stated in the Voucher Code email.

Failure to provide the voucher code at the time of order placement will result in the elevator receiving PVE’s standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty only.

The voucher may not be applied to:
• Existing elevator orders.
• Previously installed elevators.
• Orders placed prior to the date the voucher email was issued.
• Orders placed after the voucher expiration date.

The Home Visit Promotional Offer may be combined with one (1) active PVE monthly promotional offer, provided that both the Home Visit Voucher Code and the monthly promotional voucher are submitted to the Authorized PVE Distributor on or before the expiration date stated in the Voucher Code email.

The voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Lost, stolen, expired, altered, or previously redeemed voucher codes cannot be replaced.

PVE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice, except for qualifying orders that have already been submitted and accepted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Warranty Details:

Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators warrant to the original consumer purchased of the Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator Lift, that the company will repair or exchange, at its option, any part of the lift that fails by reason of defective material or workmanship as follows: Repair or replace parts for a period of 36 months from the date of lift purchased and installed. This manufacturer extended warranty offering does not cover labor charges incurred in the removal or replacement of parts. To obtain warranty service, homeowner must promptly notify the PVE authorized dealer from whom the lift was purchased and installed, within the warranty period. Manufacturer extended warranty does not cover: Batteries and malfunction or damage to lift parts caused by accident, misuse, abuse or lack of proper maintenance, neglect, improper adjustment, modification, alteration, the structural condition of your building, overloading, failure to follow the lift operating instructions, or acts of God (i.e. weather, lighting, flood, etc..Manufacturer extended warranty is void if: Lift has been installed or maintained by someone other than an authorized Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator dealer. Lift has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization by PVE. The user does not join a preventative maintenance program offered by an authorized PVE dealer and does not have the lift inspected at least once every 6 months or more frequent as use or environment dictates. The “PVE Product Installation Report” has not been sent in to PVE. Speak with you PVE authorized distributor for information pertaining to labor charges for their technicians/employees to service your home elevator.
