ARE RESIDENTIAL ELEVATORS WORTH IT?
CAN THESE HOME ELEVATORS BE INSTALLED IN AN EXISTING HOME?
Yes! Resting on the existing ground floor of the home, PVE home elevators do not require a pre-construction shaft, pit, or machine room making them the perfect lift solution for retrofitting into existing homes. A versatile solution that fits into even the tightest of locations, these self-supporting elevators offer more flexibility of installation while optimizing space within the home.
Able to travel up to 5 stops or 50 feet in total rise, minimal modifications to the home are required to accommodate the pneumatic elevator as they are simply plugged into a 220 volt, single phase power supply. (The Cube is limited to 3-Stop or 35 feet of rise)
WHICH ELEVATOR MODEL IS BEST FOR MY HOME?
With four elevator sizes to choose from, ranging from a single passenger to a three passenger wheelchair accessible model, there is a PVE home elevator that can accommodate any home or residence.
If you are limited in space, the PVE30 is the world’s smallest fully certified home elevator, able to transport 1 passenger or 350 lbs. With an exterior diameter of 30″ inches, the PVE30 is the ideal space-saving home lift for any residence.
For a more versatile solution, the PVE37 is our oldest and most dynamic elevator model as it can transport up to two passengers or 450 lbs.
While not large enough to accommodate a wheelchair accessible, the PVE37 has a compact footprint, with an exterior diameter of 37″ inches and is large enough to fit full size luggage, boxes & groceries.
If wheelchair access is required, choose the largest elevator model, the PVE52. Able to transport up to 3 passengers or 525 lbs, the PVE52 is the only wheelchair accessible model as it offers the most comfort inside the cabin.
As the only square powered by air, The Cube is the world’s first pneumatic elevator that incorporates a square design. Able to transport 2 passengers or 450 lbs, The Cube has a 36″ x 36″ inch exterior dimension and can travel up to 3 stops or 35 feet of rise. As fully certified residential elevators, PVE home elevators…
