Promotional offer only applicable to the PVE30, PVE37 + PVE52 models. Promotional Offer can not be applied for The Cube. Customer will be required to submit their promotional voucher to their authorized distributor at time of sale between April 1 – 30^th 2024 to receive their 24 month extended warranty for their vacuum elevator. Failure to provide your promotion voucher at the time of order placement will result in receiving PVE’s standard 12 month manufacturer warranty. Promotional offer can not be applied to any existing or already installed PVE Home Elevator.

Warranty Details: 

Pneumatic Vacuum Elevators warrants to the original consumer purchaser of the Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator Lift, that the company will repair or exchange, at its option, any part of the lift that fails by reason of defective material or workmanship as follows: Repair or replace parts for a period of 24 months from the date of lift purchased and installed. This manufacturer extended warranty offering does not cover labor charges incurred in the removal or replacement of parts. To obtain warranty service, homeowner must promptly notify the PVE dealer form whom the lift was purchased and installed, within the warranty period. Manufacture extended warranty does not cover: Batteries and malfunction or damage to lift parts caused by accident, misuse, abuse or lack of proper maintenance, neglect, improper adjustment, modification, alteration, the structural condition of your building, overloading, failure to follow the lift operating instructions, or acts of God (i.e. weather, lighting, flood, etc.) Manufacturer extended warranty is void if: Lift has been installed or maintained by someone other than an authorized Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator dealer. Lift has been modified or altered in any respect from it’s original design without written authorization by PVE. The user does not join a preventive maintenance program offered by an authorized PVE dealer and does not have the lift inspected at least once every 6 months or more frequent as use or environment dictates. The “PVE Product Installation Report” has not been sent in to PVE. Offer can not be applied to any existing or installed PVE Home Elevator.
