For those of you who always forget to schedule maintenance for your appliances, don’t worry! Our residential elevators have few moving parts and require no lubrication. Because the design of our elevators is so simple, you only need to request replacement seals every 4-5 years or every 15,000 rides.

Space-saving solutions for your home
You don’t need a lot of room in your home for one of our residential elevators. Our lifts do not require an equipment room and there is no need for a pit/well under the bottom floor or above the top floor for these home elevators. For other elevators, these additional spaces are required for the heavy operating equipment, but PVE® home elevators bypass the need for anything else but space for the cylinder. This not only means a smaller footprint in your home but a much less costly and less messy construction project in comparison to a traditional residential elevator.
Packing & Moving: Self-sufficient Home Elevator
If you plan to move in the future, you don’t have to leave your elevator system behind. PVE® manufactures fully enclosed elevators that are not built into the framework of your home. This means that if you decide to move in the future, you can move your standalone residential elevator to a new home. You can also change the location of the elevator within your existing home if you remodel or add on to your home.
Three Air-Powered Home Lift Models
Air France’s line of air-driven residential elevators includes options for 1 to 3 adults, or for wheelchair users or those with caregivers. PVE® manufactures elevators in a wide range of outside diameters, from 30 inches to 52 11/16 inches. The type of elevator you choose will depend on the space and needs of you and your home. For a single standing rider, the PVE® 30 is sufficient. If you need a little more space for two adults or want the option of a fold-down cabin seat, the PVE® 37 is a good choice. For a wheelchair-accessible model or a spacious and luxurious home lift, the PVE® 52 is the answer.

All of PVE’s vacuum home lift systems can reach up to 50 feet (15 m) of vertical lift and can make up to five stops. The unique design of the vacuum home elevator is the perfect choice for any remodel or new construction project and will add value to your home without the wasteful installation space of a traditional home elevator. The innovative home elevator requires no pre-constructed shaft, pit or machine room and can be installed in just two to three days. Using a vacuum pump to create high or low pressure areas within the cylinder hoist, it moves smoothly between floors using significantly less energy than other home elevators.
